Every year, in a Transcarpathian village in Ukraine, the land is ravaged by deliberate fires set to burn dry grass.
The film explores the origins of this practice, its impact on the environment, and the paradoxical relationship between people and nature: those who live closest to the land destroy it and are the ones who suffer the most.
