Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital assets are generally considered final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the product has been accessed.

If you experience technical issues accessing or using a digital product, please contact us for support. Refunds for digital products will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.


2. Video Service Booking Fees

Booking fees and deposits for video production services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement or contract. These fees reserve your slot in our schedule and cover initial pre-production planning.

In the event that we must cancel the services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate, but the booking fee remains non-refundable.


3. Future Products (Courses & Merchandise)

Policies regarding physical merchandise and online courses will be updated here as those products become available.


4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Paddle or Monopay) within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
